Some notes on how to build things and actually ship
- Go end-to-end first. Instead of trying to figure out details or making parts of the flow perfect, build the whole flow. Mock inessential parts (complex logic, UI). Having something that kind of works end-to-end make future decisions much easier and gives a great momentum.
- Release early and often. What’s in production is done, you don’t have to worry about it for now. You might have to worry about that later again, but for now it’s out of you head. Use feature flags to release incomplete features to production.
